6. Payments

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.

Refunds/cancellations are governed by the applicable vendor policy.

8. User Content and Conduct

You may not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content or misuse the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform is owned by or licensed to Hich. You may not copy or exploit it without consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

11. Limitation of Liability

Hich is not liable for third-party services and indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hich for claims arising from your breach or misuse.
